Manufactuirng
Projects
As most manufacturing processes include the need for projects to develop
new products and the planning and execution activities to initiate
the manufacturing, there is a need for development of close relationships
between manufacturing and project activities. Also, today's competitive
market requires consideration for and implementation of the Lean Manufacturing
processes that is frequently supported by Six Sigma, as well as Quality
and Risk Management processes. If a manufacturing organization requires
use of engineered equipment and material acquisition processes, then
control can be greatly improved by a focus on Supply Side planning
and control processing. Though PMAC does not have the capability to
support such manufacturing project support, there are associate partners
that do have that capability. |
