Mission Statement

The following PMAC Mission Statement is presented to define PMAC's obligations to the stakeholders and to establish the purpose and meaning for PMAC's existence:

PMAC shall provide unique, innovative, honest, and quality consulting services cost effectively and timely, as perceived by clients, envisioning and managing for the future of its clients and well being of PMAC. PMAC will conscientiously assign responsibility for the work to employees and partnering associates and will expect their conscientious performance of the work to the benefit of clients.

PMAC will operate under the Operating Principles defined herein, while maintaining a structured and controlled growth and pursuing its targeted business opportunities.

Furnish capable, honest, and professional PM consulting support services at low OH competitive rates.

Pursue only the work that PMAC and its partners are well qualified, trained, and capable of performing and when competent resources are available.

Support existing contracts first; then proceed to develop new opportunities.

Reward associates, employees, and partners based on their participation levels.

Maintain positive attitudes toward and concerns for clients, employees, associate consultants, and partnering organizations.

Measure and control growth and performance against approved plans and budgets.
