Project
Management and Control, Inc. (PMAC) was organized and incorporated
in 1987. As PMAC's knowledge and experience expanded and matured,
PMAC revised its business model to pursue new opportunities in the
maturing PM profession; whereas organizations dependent on successful
project performance recognizes project management as a critical business
discipline and are becoming aware of the importance of Program and
Portfolio Management. This new paradigm recognition results in a new
business model that defines a growth in the project management consulting
and training marketplace. The PMAC business model is realigned to
focus on the new and challenging opportunities that are related to
an integration of project, program, and portfolio management consulting.
The PMAC services will focus on furnishing diverse and high quality
project and program management consulting, training, and other PM
support services to develop and implement Enterprise Project Management
(EPM) systems. The PMAC consulting support services will include envisioning,
planning, developing, testing, training, and deploying of totally
integrated enterprise project, program, and portfolio management systems
and their integration with ERP business systems. The PMAC offered
services is greatly enhanced by its unique Associate Teaming Partner
Members.
